My Touch 3G Slide gets a Froyo update

Firstly HTC rolled out  Froyo update to My touch 3G  now after six months HTC has released froyo update to its younger cousin My touch 3G slide. Update will be available via direct download from HTC rather than OTA(Over The air) transmission. To download the update you need to have HTC sync 3.0.5511. Update not only improves stability and reliability issue, fixes minor bugs, and also bring features like wifi hotspot, wifi calling, USB tethering, low storage notification mechanism, resolve text and picture messaging and bluetooth compatiblity issue.
